Find border points that are farthest from its convex hull lines. Inspired by openCV's convexityDefects.
Parameters
- borderPoints: Point[]
  Mask's border points.
- hullPoints: Point[]
  Mask's convex hull points.
- options: ConvexityDefectsOptions = {}
  Convexity defects options.
Returns Point[]
Array of convexity defects.
